How to Prepare for a Deposition?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

Oftentimes, my clients are initially apprehensive about the deposition process. And what I tell them is, “Look, do not worry. I’m going to get you prepared for your deposition. We’ll meet the day before and we’ll go over the various topic matters.” It’s very important that you tell the truth. We generally know the questions and the topics of questions that are going to be asked of you. And this is something we’ll do, is prepare you adequately, so that you won’t be surprised in the deposition process.

Do you have questions about an important legal matter, wondering whether you have a claim or what your rights are, and what to do next to seek justice and protect your interests?
